GP Metro eBulletin - March 14, 2022 (Mar 14, 2022)

This Week in GP Metro Rotary

Reminder! No meeting tomorrow!

Our next meeting is March 22 @ NOON and it will be our 4-Way Speech Contest. Given that we will have guests, the meal for this meeting will be buffet style at Main Event and the cost will be included in your quarterly statement.

JUDGES NEEDED: We do need 3-4 members to agree to be judges for the Speech contest on March 22. If you would like to do this or you have any questions, please contact Shebra and let her know. She will make sure you get the information.

Keeping GP Beautiful!

Thanks to everyone that came out on Saturday for our Adopt-A-Street service project. We picked up more than 50 bags of trash! Please check our FB page for the captivating photos. Huge thanks to Chuck for coordinating these quarterly projects!

Interact/GPHOO Project

Food items for the GPHOO Project with our Interact club are due at the March 22 meeting as well! If you have not had to opportunity to sign up, please do so ASAP and bring your items to our next meeting so that we can get them to the club in time.

Click here to sign-up for items.

District Assembly

Saturday, March 26 is District Assembly for ALL incoming or aspiring officers. This course is a REQUIREMENT for effective service. For those that cannot attend or are not officers, we are also participating in the GP BIG Event that day. If you have not done so already, please respond ASAP to let Shebra know which event you want to register for.

Pumpkin Run!

Don't forget to reach out to your sponsors! Each of us committed to either being or recruiting at least one sponsor for our major fundraising event. Let's get to work. All info and forms are accessible from our website, gpmetrorotary.com, on the Pumpkin Run tab.
