It's almost go-time for our second annual Poker on the Prairie this Thursday, April 2, at 6 p.m., raising money for PlayGrand Adventures (the all-inclusive playground designed for all ages and abilities in Grand Prairie) and other local charities.

Throwing it back to last week's meeting when we hosted our club-level 4-Way Test Speech Contest. Four students from South Grand Prairie High School competed for the opportunity to represent our club at the District-level contest in April. Congratulations to Tehillah, Sophia, Samuel, and Edward who all walked away with a monetary prize. Edward, whose speech won the contest, will be our representative at the District contest.
