A small but mighty crew hit the street on Saturday for another Adopt-a-Street project. We were able to remove 25 bags of trash and an assortment of road debris from our stretch of Lake Ridge Parkway. Not pictured is one of our newest members, Faith Glass, who came out to help before she had to leave for Vibe Fest. Y'all come join us next time!

It was another dominant outing for our soup slingers as GP Metro Rotary was took first place in the Best Tasting category and second place in the popular vote at this year's Soup's on for Love event held at the Dr. Susan J. Simpson Education Center. It was an outstanding day as the event raised $13,000 for LifeLine Shelter for Families benefiting families of school children in crisis who are enrolled in the Grand Prairie Independent School District.
