Buddy Training Tonight!
Tonight at 7pm, Beverly will conduct BUDDY training via Zoom! This is for those of you that are soon to be buddies, currently buddies, or may be buddies in the future. :)
Buddies are assigned to a new member once they are installed. The role of the buddy is to make sure the new member makes it through the Red Badge process and becomes a full-fledged Blue Badge member.
Given that we are rocking and rolling, we expect that we will need LOTS of buddies for ALL of our new members this year! So it may be beneficial to ALL of us.
This meeting should only last about 30 minutes so we can go watch the Cowboys game! We will use the same Zoom info as usual:

Haiti Relief Effort - Last Chance to Donate
David is collecting donations for one of our International Service projects: the Haiti Relief Effort. Please support this effort and give if you can. Donations will be accepted at tomorrow’s Pumpkin Run meeting and at our next regular meeting on September 28.
We Need Your Christmas Cards,
Items for Holiday Cheer Bundles
Please bring your leftover Christmas cards for us to sign at the Pumpkin Run for service members. And remember, they can't have any glitter on them.
Also, start collecting toiletries and items for our Holiday Cheer Bundles for our local Nursing Home. Items needed are (tissues, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc.)
