GP Metro Rotary eBulletin - June 15, 2026 (Jun. 10, 2026)

This Week in GP Metro Rotary

No meeting tomorrow, but that doesn't mean we're not busy. Our Installation event is scheduled for Tuesday, June 23 @ Los Cowboys. Hope to see you there!

GP Metro Takin' It to the Streets

We had a great turnout for our Adopt-a-Street event on Saturday!

We had nine Rotarians participate so we were able to complete our task in about an hour. Shout-out to:

Ken Fedor

Kenny Williams

TK Bista

Judy Kanaujiya (and Sanjay!)

Paul Steffy

Sam Buchmeyer

Dan Schneider

Stephanie Moreno (not a member though a willing volunteer!)

Our next Adopt-a-Street project will likely be in September. Stay tuned!

Last Week's Meeting

Thanks to Kylie Wieden, Environmental Outreach Coordinator for the City of Grand Prairie, who brought us a great program last week about air quality awareness. Not only did she give us an overview regarding the causes of poor air quality, but we walked away with some actionable steps to improve the air quality in our community.

Children First Donor Spotlight

What a blessing it is for our Club to work in support of great organizations like Children First Counseling Center. Thanks for the shoutout!
