Last year, Rotary International invited Rotarians to participate in a survey about how diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is perceived and experienced by Rotary members around the globe. The survey findings were very insightful and were used to create a plan that ensures Rotary's commitment to DEI is reflected throughout the organization.
