For this holiday season, we have chosen to adopt the Turner Park Nursing Home Residents along with Transplant Patients in the Nicklas Organ Donor Foundation recommended by Prudence Mathis. We will gather to load the packs and deliver them on Saturday, 12/18/21 at 10am in the Community Room (second floor) of GPPD located at 1525 Arkansas Ln, Grand Prairie 75052. |

Two years after the terrorist attacks of 9/11, the U.S. Congress established the Medical Reserve Corps as one of the volunteer agencies within the United States Citizen Corps. The MRC functions under the auspices of the office of the U.S. Surgeon General. Locally, their mission is to improve community resiliency by recruiting and training volunteers to supplement local medical response to public health emergencies. |
