She has held key leadership roles, including project management and advisory positions in Laos, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and the U.S., with a particular focus on improving access to clean drinking water. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Missouri and a Master of Arts in Linguistics from California State University, Long Beach. Her experience is not only rooted in international development but also in education, having taught for ten years in Texas. This combination reflects her strong commitment to both global health and community empowerment.	View
